Montefalcone (Recoaro- Vicenza) is a mountain site in the Italian Alps with a recorded launch elevation of 1,533 m. It works best in south-easterly, southerly, south-westerly and westerly winds, and can also work in northerly, north-easterly, easterly and north-westerly winds. Pilots fly it for ridge soaring and thermal, using foot launch.

45°39'50.86''N 11°12'38.01''E; alt about 1600m. From the end of the chairlift go down the skislope keeping right for 3-400 meters: take off is facing the south west side (the opposite side of the chairlift).
-take the cable way from Recoaro town center to Recoaro Mille,then 2km by shuttle bus and then chairlift to Montefalcone [2018 edit: chairlift and cable way are no more in use] -on the road from Valdagno to Recoaro just before the village…
