About this flying site
you are in high mountain, thermals could be strong in afternoon, in summer. XC is not so easy than in St Hilaire site or other sites in the front of alpes mountain (W). Don't use it if you are a biginer, or really early in the morning.
Take-off
alti: 2450m grass. take the ski-lift 'Le Diable', take off on your right when you arrive.
Landing
Alti: 1650m, near the ski station (begin of 'le Diable' ski-lift) or in the end of the valley, near 'Venosc' village (alti:900m).
Access and parking
'Les 2 Alpes' ski station is 45mn from 'Bourg d'Oisans'.
Local weather notes
strong wind with high mountain is not a good idee to fly.
Flight rules
The national parc is just on your front when you are on the take off. Some area are forbiden, a map show you which one. Ask to the local instructors or local pilots. Someone will say you there isn't regulation, it's not true!!
