Jas d'oris is a mountain site in the French Alps with a recorded launch elevation of 1,696 m. It works best in south-westerly winds, and can also work in southerly winds. Pilots fly it for thermal, using foot launch.

grass mountain shield. From "Oris en ratier" take a track which goes in mountain, "Jas d'Oris", direction (Coirot summit). Stop in the last turn, before the shepherd house.
near the D114a road, between oris en ratier and La Valette. From Oris en Ratier, after a few km (1 or 2), landing on your right. Be careful of turbulences near the ground, in the valley.
From 'La Mure' take the D26 road to 'Sievoz'. In the village take on your left the D114a road, to 'oris en Ratier'. Another road, if you come from north: before 'La Mure' turn on your left, 'Nantes en Ratier' direction.
