Take-off

Just find your place near the refuge. For takeoff with East wind, go 300m East of the refuge.

Landing

An official landing is near Zelezniki town.

Access and parking

Well, in every case you will have to walk... From Prtovc village, you will have to walk 1h, if you walk quick carrying your wing. There are at least 2 other ways to go there : - One from the bottom of the cable wire (who take your wing when a competition is organised here). A little bit shorter than first way. - And the more easy way, is to go by car by the north way and walk 15 minutes to the top. Unfortunately a tempest has destroy partly the way, and roadworks will happen until end of 2006, often blocking this way...

Local weather notes

With East wind, condition are often rough

Flight rules

East from takeoff and around Zelezniki flight is authorized under 1000ft AGL #300m (6000ft during competition), and west from takeoff, flight flight is authorized under 9500ft (#2900m)
