Take-off
Look for the opening in the tree line on top of the hill. Windsock also usually present.
Landing
In any of the fields in front (to the west) of the takeoff. Be respectful of the farmer's crops and do not disturb more than necessary.
Access and parking
You can leave your car on the paved road and then hike for 30 minutes. Driving to the takeoff is possible with a high clearance car if it hasn't rained significantly (the mud is very sticky).
Local weather notes
You need some decent wind (+4m/s) from the West for thermals to be usable. Surprisingly flyable even in strong winds (+8m/s).
Flight rules
In class G airspace, but during the week there's usually a military NOTAM on the edge.
