Very popular place among paragliders and hanggliders. Inconspicious hill with great potential. Denivelation is not big (approx. 30m), takeoff site is broad and comfortable.
The main type of flights done here is slope soaring, which requires a bit of practice. However, making contact with thermals is possible if weather permits.
Take-off
grassy with hang glider ramp, about 30m of denivelation, a lot of space to gear up and launch
Landing
easy, big meadows without obstacles close to takeoff
Access and parking
you can park your car with short walk distance of the takeoff, in bad weather the best will be "rancho" of local flight school, but you have a little bit more to walk (~10 minutes)
Forecasts are planning aids, not safety clearance. Check current observations, official airspace and NOTAM information, local rules and your own experience before every flight.
