Huge field, space for thousands of gliders. Takeoff everywhere. Not very steep though, not suitable for HG or low efficiency old wings.
There is currently no windsock, but the landing is always towards the south (unless its a very early morning or very late evening flight where the wind direction can turn from noth)
Takeoff easily reachable by car on good asphalted road. No shuttle service.
Do not fly with foen winds! Extremly turbuent and dangerous.
Forecasts are planning aids, not safety clearance. Check current observations, official airspace and NOTAM information, local rules and your own experience before every flight.
