Monte Avena (Feltre) is a mountain site in the Italian Alps with a recorded launch elevation of 1,379 m. It works best in southerly and south-westerly winds, and can also work in easterly, south-easterly and westerly winds. Pilots fly it for ridge soaring and thermal, using foot launch.

Main TO: TO A: large; parking just behind. TO B: about 400m up along the road, park at the 'Malga' and walk to TO (about 150m). ATTN: on the right side often modelplanes!
- Feltre 'Ristorante/Pizzeria Tabia' - Arten (Zona industriale) (N 46.00455/ E11.82389) - TOP-landing is very easy
From 'Feltre' go to 'Pedavena', follow road to 'Croce d'Aune'. Here turn sharp left and follow road to TO (it turns into a dirty road for the last 500m).
XC-flights to Belluno/ Dolada: ATTN: small airport in Belluno, you MUST ALways remain to the NORTH of the main road!
