Take-off
New tarmac track to launch installed in summer 2012 making the site very accessible.
HG launch (ramp) is different from PG launch and at a different location.
Landing
Not the easiest field to find visually, so take a GPS coordinate before you fly.
That said, there are an abundance of places to land. Do not fly into the Class D airspace in the flats though.
Access and parking
Take the shuttle bus, as the last part of the road can only be used with a special permit:

Meeting Point: Ristorante 'Aghe Gole' (the former Bar 'STOP'), just North of LZ (5min walking).
Forecasts are planning aids, not safety clearance. Check current observations, official airspace and NOTAM information, local rules and your own experience before every flight.
