There is a clear track going up the hill that can be seen from the parking. Cross over the motorway and the fence. The first bit of the walk to reach the track can be boggy - there are some faint tracks that initially leads north before joining the bigger track leading up the hill

The site might be closed during grouse hunting season - mid August until mid September
