About this flying site
This takeoff is North oriented, and on top of the ski resort, so North winds or light winds are good for takeoff.
I'm unsure but I guess that beeing protected by the Sambuy summit, West wind might not be too problematic
Access and parking
No cars are allowed on the ski pistes ;-)
You have to go there hiking or with the chairlift.
I'm unsure but this takeoff might be closed during winter season (because the takeoff is on a ski piste)
The chairlist opens in the end of June, July and August. Rest of the year, you hike (or go elsewhere) !
Forecasts are planning aids, not safety clearance. Check current observations, official airspace and NOTAM information, local rules and your own experience before every flight.
