Blancs Sablons

Overview

Blancs Sablons is a hill site in France with a recorded launch elevation of 27 m. It works best in north-westerly winds, and can also work in south-westerly and westerly winds. Pilots fly it for ridge soaring, using foot launch.

• When the wind is from west to sw it is possible to fly on your right , above the cliff at the North end of beach. When the wind is north or slightly NNE it is possible to fly above Kermorvan island but only when the tide is low ! Source: ParaglidingEarth
