The global site catalogue is based on ParaglidingEarth data, supplemented by site guidance and pilot-added locations where available.
Airspace
Map airspace is sourced from openAIP. Pilots must check official, current aeronautical information and NOTAMs before flight.
Live observations
Live wind coverage depends on available station networks and providers. Stations can be unrepresentative, delayed or faulty.

Magic Skyweed is a free, map-first paragliding weather and flight-planning web app. It combines hourly forecasts, a global catalogue of flying sites, airspace overlays and live wind observations, and scores each site's flyability for your specific wing and limits.
How does the flyability score work?
For every site and every forecast hour, Magic Skyweed checks wind speed and gusts against your wing's range, wind direction against the launch aspect, plus cloud base, precipitation and visibility. The result is a 0–100 score you can open up and inspect: the underlying forecast is always shown, never hidden.
Is Magic Skyweed free to use?
Yes. The forecast map, flying-site pages and flyability scores are free to use. Creating a free account adds a pilot profile, your gliders and personal limits, a logbook and social features.
Does Magic Skyweed cover flying sites near me?
