ATTENTION: in the whole valley ('Engelbergertal') there are NUMEROUS, UNMARKED, BARELY VISIBLE cables!!!
Check info at gondola stations/ ask local pilots! This cables very often are in positions, where you would expect them last!
Landing
In Winter there is an official landing area on the north side of the monestary in Engelberg, in summer the landing area is east of the monestary. It is maked with a windsock.
There are many fields in the entire valley which are suitable for safe landings, respect the vegetation, do not land in crop or high grass!
